Delete your data
Data on your phone
Your progress, finished works and converted photos are stored only on your device. Delete works inside the app (My Works), or uninstall the app (or Android Settings → Apps → Paintsy → Storage → Clear storage) to remove all of it at once. Pictures and videos you saved to Pictures/Paintsy or Movies/Paintsy are regular files in your gallery; delete them there.
Analytics data
Analytics is pseudonymous and tied to an app-instance identifier, not to your name or email. To request deletion, email ryantruong.2512@gmail.com with the subject “Paintsy data deletion”; we answer within 30 days. Analytics data is otherwise deleted automatically after 14 months.
Purchases
Purchase records are kept by Google Play; manage them in your Google account.
