1. The app
Paintsy is a paint-by-number coloring game provided “as is”. Pictures, progress and exports are stored on your device; uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes them.
1a. Pictures and your photos
The bundled pictures are original procedural art, compositions based on Noto Emoji artwork (Apache License 2.0) and public-domain masterpieces. You may keep and share what you paint for personal use. Only convert photos you have the right to use; converted photos stay on your device.
2. Paintsy Pro
Pro is offered as a yearly subscription (with a 3-day free trial where eligible), a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app for your country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
3. Ads
The free version is supported by ads. Rewarded ads give extra hints or let you try a Pro feature; nothing is granted if the ad is not completed. You can always keep painting without watching ads.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TheYourList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
